I really loved this App. But nowadays the App doesn't seem to be working in Chennai. Always shows a message "High Demand"

I'm happy with the food and delivery. The only drawback is the app is having lot of bugs. For example, I cannot mark my favorite kitchen and when I click the notification, the app starts from registration page. On the whole, the user interface is not smooth enough to please your customers.

Excellent customer support. I had issue with OTP not receiving. They called me immediately and help me register through the backend. Application is very much usable though the service was not started in my area. I would have given 5 stars if registration was smooth. They should change their sms provider or ready to call each user and register through backend

Concept is good. App also looks good. wanted to give it more stars. I tried to order food more than 3 times. Everytime when I finally decide and go to place order, it says it is not serving in my area. Then why did you show me that on homepage after I had alreay set my location. Fix this. Otherwise it looks like a good effort. keep it up.

Am sorry your app need some bug fixes and errors to be rectified, i couldn't even click on the continue button after entering my mobile num. Being a Designer myself i recommend you to do a survey to test your app issues. I logged in and found the major Buttons don't work, please check it.

Is this app for real ? Not even sending the OTP for sign up. Do they want us to use this or not ? This is bad. Just received a notification that the issue was resolved. However, I continue to face the issue as no OTP is received. Already sent an email, and is awaiting response. Please.. the next time when you send a final resolution confirmation to an ongoing issue, please make sure that the issue was indeed fixed.
