Does not work well or at all with driod phones. Will not allow me to confirm the ride request at all and then prompts me to make selections in the downtown area.

I am a Tulane employee and lately I have not been able to sign. It continues to say incorrect password. When it let's me sign in it does not let me enter a location for my destination. This is awful and needs to be FIXED. The app recently worked very well. This also happens from my desktop in the office.

this app is so useless. I ordered I ride which parked really far from the pick spot. when I was really class to the van, it canceled nand left me. if that wasn't bad enough, when I was trying to order another ride through the app, it wouldn't let me claiming there is another ride order and that I should wait and try again after 15 minutes. I hate this app and I strongly advised it to be either fixed or deleted.

I really enjoy this app, but I feel like if you need to take multiple busses to your destination, we need an option to order the transfer bus while we are boarded and in transit to our first destination. Could this feature be added to a future update of this app please.

Very bad riding experience. Time does not update almost all the time. Says that your ride is 25 mins away, and then BAM! your ride is here! Right when you are in the middle of something.

Definitely needs more features such as calling and texting drivers, drivers need to be at specific areas for pick up and not a 5-10minute walk from requested area. Drivers should have a profile to be rated as well because some drivers have very very poor sense of directions
