Overall, good to have information about the mower and replacement parts. So for sure a step up from paper owners manual. Overall app is slightly glitchy. Part prices are comparable, not the cheapest. 4 stars for what it is, if it were to get regular app 3 stars.

Sometimes the home page don't want to load and Most of the time it doesn't want to sink. Some of the data is missing sometimes. This puc even said that I cut the grass in 1970 that's impossible so I have to say this particular puc is not functioning properly.

The PUC is a great idea. I started using it last July and I kept me in track for mowing and maintenance. This spring I noticed that it wasn't connecting when I synced after a mowing, and the battery level was reading 28%. I purchased and installed a new battery this week, but the PUC still indicates the battery level is 28% after syncing. I will mow my lawn this week and see if the PUC records my time.

Very convenient. I dont have to remember when I start and stop. After each use just connect to device and uploads hours

App or PUC can't detect a new battery. Tried 3 brand new batteries and it still reports 0%. Tried everything to get it to see a new battery including leaving battery out for an hour and deleted the PUC and repaired. Works fine but come on Toro, it's not rocket science.

TORO PUCs are very sensitive to the battery level. I have a PUC that runs on a CR2032 and another that runs on a CR2450 battery. The CR2450 model syncs more reliably that the CR2032 unit. PUCs always appear to drain their batteries within weeks, making them much less useful for tracking equipment maintenance.
