Horrible. I never received my order because the driver failed to read the delivery instructions which clearly stated to bring the order to the pool area of the hotel. Customer service was rude and unhelpful, going as far as to lie to me; I was told the driver would be sent back immediately with my order but I actually got ahold of the driver when I called the store the order was leaving from and he told me that he was told specifically to handle other deliveries first. Absolutely terrible.
