Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing CrimeCon on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.
  4. Wait a few seconds for the installation to complete. Once done, the installed app will appear on the BlueStacks home screen. Click its icon to start using the application.

Using LDPlayer

  1. Download and install LDPlayer from https://www.ldplayer.net.

There is nothing more frustrating than inconsistency. I can see my schedule but sometimes I can update it, sometimes not. This is my 3rd of 3 Crimecons and I was hoping this app would make the experience better. You're better off with paper and a highlighter if you're trying to schedule and make changes...you can't read a description then go back to the schedule. You have to start over every time. I have to log in every time I want to see my schedule, then still can't see it...

Difficult to use. Constantly having to re-sign in, settings don't work right for linked accounts. If you read the description of a schedule event, you can't just go back to the Schedule list, you have to start over & sign back in to see what you saved already.

latest update is horrible. can no longer play videos through the app. click on them and nothinf happens. i renewed my subscription and now rhe app isn't working correctly.

Was so excited to find the app. Can not start an account! Just says waiting....endlessly. no matter how many times I restart it and try again. Basically worthless.

Following a podcast and was finding difficulty with names and faces, crime scene etc.. love it that I can view the details that I'm listening to.. fabulous.
