When I disconnect from car I have to physically close down Amigo. It starts automatically and runs OK but won't shut down. UPDATE: When connecting to Android Auto and using AmiGO it works fine, when I disconnect from AA and want to use the phone the AMIGO splash screen is still showing and I have to wait for the app to start before I can close it down. Update: After updating yesterday when I connect phone to AA I get a message Amigo has experienced unexpected error with a close button underneath

Works fantastic. Smooth and fluid. More than Go paid app. Missing some features like saving places to account, plan trip ahead, voice customization. I'm not sure if mobile speed traps are included. Also not sure if automatic rerouting works if a new traffic jam has formed ahead in the trip. Add those and it will be my main app

Since installation of Android Auto on phone Car and b/tooth functionality is lost. When b/tooth is enabled no app can use phone speaker. If b/tooth disabled apps can come through phone speaker but hands free car connectivity is lost. In the case of Amigo, when b/tooth is enabled and route is set each voice instruction activates car headset as though a phone call is being received and closes it again when call or instruction finishes and still no voice. There is nothing in any settings either in the app or phone that get's around this 'hardware/software' issue' As car is not Android Auto compatible and everything worked before AA installation this issue is not necessarily any applications fault but googles I think and so ought to be addressed also by them. In the meantime I have phone and car connected for safety and no app functionality (voice instruction) for phone speaker. Hopefully this fundamental issue can and will be solved.

Seems to have stopped working! Have used this app for ages without any problems.ut suddenly the voice notifications have stopped working. Have tried reinstalling without any success. I use the device speaker and I'm using the Google text to speech engine

Good app, still some niggles one is since I've upgraded to Samsung s20 ok android 11. When approaching a camera voice activation informs me approaching a camera and it's used to say speed limit is... Now it informs of a camera and it just says speed and cuts out so I don't know the speed limit. Any ideas?

Use internal speaker no longer works when my phone connects to my car. Possibly voice now goes over media rather than call volume? as I think it did previously. Have to disable media in phone Bluetooth connection to get voice commands over phone speaker again. Not ideal. Otherwise great app!
