A great invention. It mainly gives you a lot of stress as it's not working properly when you need it the most... I am actually referring to the whole thing: app + gps device ( trucker 620).. I have sent an email to TomTom explaining some silly mistakes they have made with the maps and I got a reply from an idiot asking me some random technical details ( nothing to do with my issue). Just to get rid of me as no intelligent answer was available 😉

Trash app. Literally hundreds of customers telling tomtom the app cannot be stopped, and burns massive amounts of battery, and their response is always along the lines of "our app is fine, reinstall it!" I have uninstalled and reinstalled this app 3 times now only to have the same problems, I see more reviews than I can count saying the same thing. Also just found out my account is banned from the tomtom forums for posting this there. Seriously considering legal action at this point.

It would better if it had a better bluetooth setup. The bluetooth driver in this app sucks, always disconnecting itself, setup is a pain. There's always one programmer who feels the need to try to modify working systems, and they need to be fired

Sucks. Just plain sucks. Bluetooth won't work for traffic updated and when it connects to headset it messes up the audio. Lost a lot of functionality by not doing my homework and reading the app reviews. Shoulda got the Garmin.

If you are a trucker and are looking for a good gps, TomTom isn't for you. Will randomly disconnect from Bluetooth and takes hours to get it to connect,, some times days. Functions like save trip do not work, errors constantly occur. Basically a low end device for kids, not a pro tool. CHECK OUT THE REVIEWS! 99.9% ARE NEGATIVE!

This GPS is heavily dependent on your phone and a network connection. Basically a brick without it. Got a new phone...S20 FE... will not recognize the qr code on the GPS to set it up and no work around. Very disappointing.
