This is hands down the worst phone navigation app on the market, and not at all worth paying for. I have used TomTom Go here and there over the years and has always had issues, regardless of phone used, and app version. I was driving today, and this app suddenly lost my location thought I was in a field. Around half hour later the app suddenly shuts down but itself. It literally disappeared from my screen as I was driving. Stick to Waze, it's free and far superior to this rubbish.

I've been using TOMTOM GO for several plus years now, and it has not failed me in any of the countries that I work in. It would be nice to add Traffic, but I prefer to be completely offline and not use data. I highly recommend Go over many other similar apps - I check them out occasionally - but I can't see why TomTom needs access to my contacts and pictures. Please give us an option to turn this feature off, as the phone is mine not yours! In summary this is THE best offline GPS / SatNav app available.

App dies 30 seconds after planning a route. If no route is planned it runs OK. Android 11 samsung note 20 ultra. Had worked OK until recently. I couldn't add a new review so deleted the old one. Your comment refers to the old review so makes no sense here anymore. I've tried your recommendations but it still dies. On my tab s6 it works OK. Both android 11 Hello tomtom when can I expect a fix for this problem? Thank you Yes this seems to work. But we do not get Street names read out. Great thanks

If you input full uk postcode, it does not find the location, but worse it will take you somewhere based on first 3 or 4 letters which could be miles away.No good, I tried it and it's really difficult to tell it where you want to go as no postcode search.Had to resort to waze a number of times to get where I wanted to instead of miles away. Love tomtom, ive had tomtoms for decades , but want it on android auto. The app is unusable. Not subscribing and uninstalling, shame!

Android Auto app part refused to start, while offline, saying I didn't have a subscription, which of course I did. The wierd part is that the regular app part worked. All this happened while I was abroad in roaming and without data connection. Good thing I had offline map for that area saved in Google Maps. For app whose selling point is offline navigation, this is unacceptable.

TT app says now i have to renew my subscription, but it ends may 2022. TT support says it's Google play store problem. Google is not responding. Why has this problem to be MY problem. I PAYED!!! Is it so hard to make my subscription work. At this moment i am very disappointed. Now what kind of answer is this to my subscription problem. Standard answer from a computer guess!!! I already did that, whit the same result.
