I'd like to rate this better, as it has potential. However, as others have said it does not return you to FM/DAB etc. after a direction/traffic/camera etc. and the volume for bluetooth is far lower than when set for Radio/DAB, either you then can't hear the announcement or, if set for bluetooth, the radio/DAB bursts your eardrums ! After which you have to manually select your media output. After a recent Android update it firstly lost traffic & cameras and then ceased working completely. 2 weeks after contacting TomTom, and numerous times chasing, I've had no more than a single reply suggesting reinstalling the app (which I'd tried before contacting them anyway). An app with a major bug from the outset, that ceases to work and then with no customer support deserves no more than a single star. I can't see how Jaguar approved this app for roll-out.

you would be five star but you have only fixed the menu bug in tomtom go and left in dash broken for latest android P os users. please apply the TomTom go fix to this app. im tired of guessing where menu items are on android pie

Such a shame companies like this don't test their products first. As everyone has mentioned this has a glaring bug that even my 12 year old could identify. Whenever an alert or instruction is given, it switches the cars bluetooth on which means if you are listening to any non-bluethooth source (radio) it turns it off. You then have switch back over again. So you could be doing this a hundred times in an hours journey. Not overly optomisitic that Tom Tom even bother to read this but if they do, they should reaally look at their testing procedures.

Reasonable app - but niggling issue is that the audio seems to automatically switch to bluetooth after a voice prompt, when I'm listening to another audio source (e.g. DAB), and doesn't return to it after the prompt. Makes the app unusable when listening to non-bluetooth music... Edit - now down to 2 stars due to lack of updates/fixes. Second edit - now 1 star due to feedback from TomTom not taking any responsibility for the apps defects.

This app is incompatible with Android 9. They have fixed the Go app for Android 9 so they know how to fix it.

Issues with my 2019 jag xf, I can't listen to the radio as the traffic and
road up dates keep taking it back to bluetooth and not back to the radio
after the announcement has finished
