This app has been an absolute life saver being able to use your phone as a bus pass I have lost so many bus passes and I get 31 day pass and it's cheaper on the app it's 5 bucks instead of 10 if you get it on the bus all you do is turn your Bluetooth on and then just touch your phone to the white box on right next to the spot you swipe your pass

Accidentally used 2 passes at the same time! . There should be a way to prevent this, especially because of how expensive it is to ride Paratransit In my area. I'm very disappointed.

Refuse to help me retrieve my bus passes back!! I received a new phone last week and I told them I have 1 used pass and 1 31 day pass not used and I only received I email back saying they needed more information and I have them every thing I had and still no passes no way to and from work!!!! THANKS!!!! ridiculous!!!

Great ..I am wheelchair user, save me time..With deposit money or use tickets, it hard to do,since my wheelchair (manual) will roll back down ramp..using one hand..I can lock my chair and show my app. GREAT..Just need have my phone ready show the driver.. Another great point,,,I'm not tying down everything or someone getting t-off .." damn wheelchair"
