I am English and living in taipei and I rate this app highly. It is super useful for managing appointments. Seeing those booked by the hospital and cancelling / rebooking yourself if needed. Take the time to translate the front page and use what you need to. It's certainly easier than the British systems to see a specialist doctor. Quick and efficient. Well done Taiwan! One of the worst application I had ever experienced. non flexible. not user friendly at all. has to wait for the last minute to get entry to the hospital wards. cannot cancel appointment. cannot find out who has signed up already.

Previous version had english site and worked perfectly. Updated one doesn't have so it's no uses
