As everyone has said before, this app used to work great. I dont know whats going on but its really slow and now the app won't open. It sucks cause it used to be a very good app and convenient. But now its not even worth it. I hope they figure it out cause I deposited $30 and now I cant access it.

Used to work well, now it dont work. Please fix. Is just a frozen page. Im glad I didn't put a lot of money. I will have lose it all.. I think it needs a ln update.. For now. Is not working I recomd to still use T money card.

You have to wait 3 screens before being able to use the app for payments, it can be anywhere from 20 seconds to 40 seconds. You are way better off just getting the tmoney app, cheaper (less service fees) and it just works. And what is not mentioned clearly before using the app, you need to have reliable Internet connectivity for it to work.

Apart from getting the TMoney function for free (during promo period), there was NOTHING good about this app. What a complete nightmare to use! It kept crashing, logged me out and couldn't log back in, failed to start and always had trouble scanning properly. A total embarrassment! I got scolded by bus drivers multiple times for being slow to pay and got shoved a couple of times by subway passengers waiting behind me to enter and exit gates (because the app wouldn't start / didn't work). AWFUL!

The payment screen always takes a while to load up, which can be a problem if buses/subway stations are busy, as you'll be the awkward tourist fumbling with your phone. Also, it might be buggy with transfers, as our apps stopped working one day all of a sudden. I'd recommend getting a physical card instead.

Quite nice option to avoid using actual physical card that would be thrown away after day or week of the visit to Korea. I was able to pay for my transportation and in convenience stores, sometimes to surprise of a cashier. From time to time UI was switching from English to Korean, but it doesn't add much problem.
