Having to put on so many codes and go through so many steps is bothersome. Especially for those who don't have internet at home. Because of this, I have not benefitted from 1 thing. Plus, your phones are too expensive for people who are on a fixed income. Although I've been a faithful customer, I did not qualify for you new phone incentive or promo where you trade in your current phone for a new one, because My phone that you gave me is considered too old. Plus, it's worth $0.00.

I've been a T-Mobile customer for about 15 years now non stop. I pay around $400 a month (Granted I have 7 lines). But what I'm offered is $2 off a donut.... not worth it at all. The rewards are not real rewards. Cheap and not worth the space on this T-Mobile phone I had to buy full price because they only give the best deals to new customers.

Lately it has not been working on Tuesdays. You have to log in every time and it says looks like we need refreshing sorry... Sorry is right and embarrassing when you go to redeem it and it does the same thing. I appreciate the offers but this is a first that it's always down when you need to use it.

I love the T-Mobile Tuesday app! Each week I get something great! However, I have made the suggestion to T-Mobile that they should consider the freebies offered more to the location of us customers because there's a lot that I haven't been able to use because the business is not in my area at this time. But it's still pretty great

It's okay. Good deals are rare, and free prizes are getting increasingly difficult/time consuming to win. Today they actually had a 4 question test at the end of an advertisement, had to get 100% just to get your name entered. You're allowed to watch again but come on, they clearly just want ad money from multiple views.

Not only are the offerings worthless, actually cost money or simply aren't available to you, the app is broken. Notifications no longer work. All settings are turned on and all permissions allowed, no battery saver in use, the app just stopped pushing notifications. Have restarted the phone, uninstalled the app and reinstalled and nothing changes. No notifications the last 5 weeks. App is a complete waste of time. I'll never recommend anything T-Mobile.
