Easy to use overall though I had to get a friends' and a bus driver's help initially on a couple things. I just wish I could buy month, semi-annual, or yearly passes for reduced rates instead of per ride.

Before update I could add debit cards, now I can't. Frustrating and no one to help me. How am I suppose to purchase and go to work!! Fix it.

What the heck happened. I reinstalled the app after I factory reset my phone and now all of the sudden the app doesn't work, it gets stuck on the passengers screen, I already added myself as a passenger but it's not showing. So now how the hell am I supposed to purchase bus tickets. I'm very pissed.

Dont bother using this or real time to plan bus route its always late. I left for a bus ride that should take an hour per there real time and app and i didnt get to my destination for 2 hours cuz of faulty info. Dont bother with these gimick apps

Overall, I am happy with this app. I used to rely on a combination of the website and text messaging the real-time system, but now I don't use the website. I still text message fairly often because it's faster and easier than using the app to check the ETA, where it is a multi-step process. There are certainly improvements that could be made to this app, which I'll send feedback about because the space here is insufficient, and hope that the devs will work on them.
