Added CALL_PHONE and android.permission.RECORD_AUDIO to enable video chat functionality.
Added video chatting in messaging section.
Added video chatting in Trade Request section.
Reduced loading time on map only 5 users will be displayed for now.
Community admins can video chat with their members in messaging section.
Video chatting will only work Android to Android.
Please note iOS video chatting is not supported yet.

App Permissions
