I like the app, it's easy to use, but they only get 4 stars because you still have to go inside to pick up your food. What the heck freddy's!?!?! Everyone else you can go through the drive through and tell them your here and you get it. I understand it takes a while to cook, but why can't we go through the drive through say we are here and then go park in the assigned spot and then an employees bring it out. To be that would be awesome customer service!

Unusable trash. Selecting items and creating an order is easy enough, then you go to check out and it says "Please wait ..." and I guess what you're waiting for is to die of malnutrition because the app doesn't do anything else. Apparently actually ordering food is not something this app feels like doing.

I can't give it a higher rating because I can't ever use it! Every time I try, it says mobile orders are not being accepted. Today, I mentioned it as I went thru the drive thru and they said they are taking mobile orders. It doesn't really matter now, as the food was awful. Shame Freddy's no longer cares about quality, at least the location in my area doesn't seem to.

It's cheaper than the Doordash or GrubHub apps & the UI is cleaner & easier. Ordering process is very smooth, as long as you're ordering from where you want it delivered. I tried ordering pickup at my usual Freddy's from across town, as I was on my way home, but despite fixing the location three times it still sent my order to the location closer to where I ordered it instead of where I was actually going. Fixed easily enough by getting delivery instead, since I couldn't wait.

Huh, so you don't make the food until you get there, you have to come into the store, and the "I'm here" button is broken. I'm searching my mind for a more worthless, frustrating app but i have to admit I'm coming up blank. But hey, at least you charged our credit card promptly, so you've got that part down.

Don't order online. My order was paid for but there system was down so they made me reorder, pay a second time and have to wait to bring my family dinner. They told me to come back another day for a refund. Extra hassle and inconvenient. The rewards are all I use the app for really.
