For the past two months, whenever I try to open the app it goes black. I have to go the restaurant website to order online. When the app did work, it was awesome. Can't wait for this issue is resolved.

There is a terrible disconnect between app & reality. We used the "get in line" feature of the app. I called around 10:30 and received a window to arrive (very limited detail or explanation). The window was 12:15-1:15 to check-in. We arrived at 12:05. We checked-in and were given an approximate wait time of 30 minutes. After 45 minutes, they said maybe 10 more minutes. After an hour, they said we were still 6th in line. Why have an app "get in line" feature, if the window of time is a lie

Terrible app. Great restaurant. The app doesn't respond 9 put of 10 times. When it does respond, I get an error code 504...whatever that means. Just don't get the app. If you want to 'wait in line' just go to the website and reserve your spot there

Love the food, hate the app. ASAP is the only choice for pickup time? Why have a dropdown then? Popped a radio button and the only choice was ASAP. If that's the normal behavior, it's dumb. If not normal, then it's buggy. Galaxy S20 w/Android 11

There seems to be a failure by success.There are the same reviews great food,great service and great restaurant.The technology is behind the curve.The app and website are missing popular items and deliver service is offered with no delivery service.This is my favorite breakfast spot.I hate to see it losing lots of revenue cause of its sucess.
