This is my first time using Thumbtack. So far, so good! This app was a tremendous help for me. I am recently disabled. There are a lot of things big and small that I can no longer do. It looks like this maybe my go to service when family and friends are not available. I utilized the app to find a handyman. I am pleased with the services received. I will utilize the app again for other services.

I've used Thumbtack to find a last minute photographer for our daughter's 1-year birthday party after our other photographer backed out. It us really easy to look at what each professional offers and with an estimated cost. I was able to look within my budget with multiple options. I've bow used the app to find a plumber and will continue to use the app when I need other services in the future.

This feedback is about the Thumbtack poor capabilities when leaving a contractor a review (bad setup) in terms of editing, deleting, and its limited functionality. Leaving a review on the APP is no problem except you cannot go back to edit or delete the review if you want to update your review either positively or negatively. You would have to inconveniently go on your computer to update your review. The worst part is even after updating it, your first review is permanent. Both can be seen.

Thumbtack is the way to go to find a professional for a variety of services you may need. I have used Thumbtack to hire a cleaning service and hedge and bush trimming. The professionals are very responsive and willing to provide their expertise. I am pleased with those I've hired so far. If you want to eliminate the stress in finding a professional for your service need, use Thumbtack to have them find you.

I was trying to use this app to find a voice coach local to me, but it only shows ones who live in other states but "service (my city)" but their service is just remote learning, which isn't what I'm interested in. The filters need to be more complex, rather than just two questions. Kinda disappointed, but the app over all isnt so bad from what I can tell.

Thank you for letting me know I could contact my professional on my laptop. But I still can't get into the app on my phone. Every time I have tried to open the app in the last 24 hours, it is stuck on the initial page - white with the black logo. I have tried all troubleshooting advice and nothing worked. I hired someone last week to come tomorrow, and now I can't communicate with him to confirm.
