lame app. What they promise and what they provide is totally different. They are not responsible for anything about costumers problems. Thrillophilia is just booking site. They dont solve your problem if something goes wrong. They dont give you refund they put your money in tp cash. 90% of the reviews are fake. They want only positive reviews. They beg for it. But it is just stupif app.

Worst app in the world..better to book through make my trip and the other apps.i booked a camping activity and the team didn't bother at all to inform that it is closed. Before reaching the resort I called and they told that it's closed due to the situation. it's been more than two weeks that I am still fighting for the refund but still I didn't get an it. One guy is called rishbah Sharma he is the coordinator in Bangalore he is not available and he don't even bother about the customer

Guys the app needs some major debugging.. once you login.. your My bookings option never loads.. just shows the laoding button for eternity . Overall the app lags a lot.. info is outdated

I had Worst experience. Booked thru this app and when went to spot the organiser said they have already informed thrillophilia there is no vacancy still they are taking bookings. Wasted money for traveling till spot and spoiling weekends. Edit:18 Aug20 Thrillophilla representative called and asked me they are providing any one from the following as i had bad experience with them. Next trip 50%off/Netflix subscription 1year/Hotstar 3 month subscription But i need to change rating. R u bribing?

The organisers were also amazing as they arranged for seperate tents for us and also the transportation provided was very good. The busses were very comfortable and had all the amenities promised. We had the freedom to roam around the city and the guide was well behaved, correct mix of strict and friendly."
