Crashes every single time. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but to no avail. Very very disappointed. The previous rating was back in October 2020, it's almost April 2021 and the issue is still there! Kudos to the Tootle team for being so serious about this app! Thanks for nothing.

The locations that I used to use previously as my home destination does not appear on the search bar any more. Neither does a lot of major city landmarks for example (like the everest hotel etc) it's creating a lot of inconvenience for both tootle riders and passengers to navigate the direction and fare later. Please see if you can adrldress and resolve this matter quickly.

Why is this app crashing since last week? Also, there was a problem with selecting the recommended locations even when the app was running before. This app is Nepali and came before the Bangladeshi Pathao so I had been giving priority to this. Aba afnai khutta ma bancharo hanna thale pachi ma k bhanum.

Really very disappointed. I had to pay the extra than your app showed today. Your rider was also very rude as his app was showing more amount than mine. Even your app doesn't work properly each yime i have to install and uninstall. I was a very regular and loayal to tootle and was supporting just because it is nepali service but today i am uninstalling it and better not to provide such services which disappoint it's customer like this. 🖕

App keeps crashing on android 11 one ui 3.1 exynos 990, past experiences on other phones have been pleasant but i feel let down now since app wont even open and even if it does it wont allow me to set a destination or start a trip
