Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing THETA+ on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.
  4. Wait a few seconds for the installation to complete. Once done, the installed app will appear on the BlueStacks home screen. Click its icon to start using the application.

Using LDPlayer

  1. Download and install LDPlayer from https://www.ldplayer.net.

I thought apps were supposed to get better with updates... App is killing the space on my phone probably because it's kept images in its database since the initial launch of the app and there is "no way" to delete these ghost files just like there is no option to contact support. Epic fail.

This app used to be awesome, I created a ton of great animated 360's with it. In the last few months though I am unable to produce anything of quality. I shoot 360 on DSLR so when I try to use my large image files in theta+ the app crashes, so I have to compress the image files by at least 1/4 of the original size which makes the end results look awful. The movement is very choppy now as well, where it used to be smooth. Sadly I don't think I'll be able to use this app anymore. I would 1000% be willing to pay for an upgraded version of this app that would allow larger image files and better animation, just saying. :)

3* right now, app seems to be able to do ok. but a bit complicated..! Further testing needed to give more star ⭐⭐ after more testing..! But you ask for review now this what you get .. 3 stars see if things get better

It was better. But from few days back it is not opening. When we updating additional features itself it is simply provessing. Not downloading . Status always is 0%

When are you going to develop a windows equivalent? 02/06/21. Any response? And while I'm here, can you tell me why rendered videos from an keyframef 5.7k image is such poor quality. I've invested in your product as have others, so develop the tools to get the most from it.

Why can't I upload my photos from my mavic air 2 to the app and edit them. Seems like it won't read anymore of the 360 photos I shoot

About this app

Using THETA+, you can crop and edit 360° images freely after shooting them.
Not only you can view these images easily but also present creative and new expressions conventional cameras cannot provide.
You can share edited images and videos easily on Instagram, Facebook, and other SNS.

Editing functions only available for 360° images!
・Simple view functions to change presentations dynamically
Adjusting viewpoint positions or zoom amounts, you can change presentations of a 360° image dynamically. Using a button alone, you can transform a 360° image into an earth-like shape called a Little Planet, an image on two screens, or a soratama, so that it is possible to make a 360° image attractive contents easier to present.

・Animation functions to share rotated images in a non-360° environment
You can create an animation from a still image by drawing close or pulling in a 360° image and rotating it. Also, you can freely specify a section you want to present, its motion and speed. Since the image is saved as a video after being edited, you can share a 360°-rotated image in a non-360° environment.

Basic video editing functions also provided
・While checking a 360° image by rotating it, you can adjust the overall colors using image correction or filter functions.
・You can present a more enjoyable 360° image by adding a stamp or text to it.
・Trimming, double speed editing, BGM, and other 360° video editing functions are also supported.
・You can create a time lapse video easily by combining multiple 360° images.
