Once you will click on Follow the Rule button, it will mark and then SPIN will not show you any new Rule for that day.

It will help you to set an Alarm to pick a random basis Rule(नियम). In case you already followed the rule recently and wants to change then again you can click on the SPIN button. It will help to find new Rule.

The app will provide you to check your old history for last 5 years.

Why only you? You can help your friends, relatives, and neighbours to improve their self-control.

Currently App available in two languages English and Hindi. In the new phase, it will have multiple languages which will suitable for you. Where English will be the default language for the App.
