Works pretty much flawlessly at every charge point I have tried in the Netherlands. However, the app notifications stopped working a couple of months ago. I sent an email to the address in the app details on the Play Store but many weeks later I did not get any reply.

Would not allow me to sign up as the check box for the terms and conditions is not working at all. Contacted customer service who couldn't fix it so no go, pointless having an app you cant sign up too. But maybe they don't want any customers to say its a failing project? Who knows - put another request into customer service but no response - tried to log on on computer on lap top as others have done but it sends you back to the app which doesn't work. Just so annoying - so will go with Genipoint instead and just miss out these guys - Geniepoint were brill logged on and got the card within a couple of days - and lets face it - they are cheaper as well as being mostly in Morrisions where refreshments are afordable.

Used with my shell charge card. App is one of the better charging apps and shell's chargers are good as well. Shame it's 41p per kW though.

At 41p pkw it's the most expensive out there. No cheaper than petrol , only will ever be "handy" not the norm.bit like instavolt chargers ,good but too expensive

Show you chargers with restricted access. No way to export destination to a navigation app. Tried to use it twice and gave up. Useless

Not useful as charging network is non existence compared to BP Chargemaster. June 2021.Useless app for Ubitricity chargers doesn't work.
