I need to buy a ticket from time to time - therefore app has one purpose for me. Quickly purchase a single ticket which is not able to do. Both recent attempts I was not able to get my payment go through at first attempt, more like 5 or 6. Second time I was even charged money without any ticket being delivered. No success with my Mastercard or ING's bancontact. Really useless app for me which even steals money from me now. 👎

I have a subscription like most passagiers. But there is no way to connect my card with the app. Yet, the the app gives you the opportunity to BUY all kinds of tickets. Since it is an app, it would be nice if we could use our phones to check-in in trams or buses I stead of using our cards.

I usually use this app to check the arriving busses at a stop, which used to be as fast as just looking at the favorite stops. Now, with the recent update, I have to click on reach stop to see them.
