3 is fair. This designer likes to tout huge numbers of icons, but most of them are generic (a-z, 0-9 type), a few are obscure ("...what is that?"), and some are just bizarre choices ("You have an icon for AIM, but not for Discord?"). The icons are pretty, though, and unlike some of his packs the script to iconify things not in the pack works fairly well. The wallpapers are bland and don't mesh with the icons. It's worth checking out, but don't let your expectations get too high.

The icon pack is nothing special...but it seems that you have many others that have never been updated, either. That's just poor customer service as well as business sense. Just 1 average Joe's opinion here.
