This is my favorite spot to eat. Food is great, However the app doesn't work, can't place an order due to error "can't contact the restaurant." door dash app do not list the restaurant. Grub hub app does not let me order what I get evey single time, won't allow it. They will also not take order over the phone which seems like an easy solution!!! Right now you can't order without walking in

The new release is much better than the old one. I was able to add a credit card, which I wasn't able to do previously. I did get a strange error trying to create a test order, but it's 1am and the store isn't open. Also it seems like I have a $5 credit but it doesn't seem to show in the app. Hopefully it will work when I actually try to use it.

The restaurant is great, fresh, interesting and reasonably health. So I'm sad the only way to order from them is this terrible App. Despite the annoyance of downloading a specific app, I like the restaurant, so I did. I put in an order, but then it rejected because there wasn't a payment set up. It first redirected me to LevelUp. I clicked back and tried again to see if I could directly give a credit card. Again, nothing. So I started over, entered a credit card and then put in the order. It submitted and charged me for orders 6 times sometimes with double the stuff, often with orders I had edited and changed before submitting. First, forcing me to use and download a separate proprietary app is annoying. Second, not having figured out how to easily set up payments is off-putting. Third, all of these orders is risky for me (now I have to hope they cancel my orders) and tough on the nice people who work there. Again, I like the food, live nearby and would like to order from them, but not using this app.

Cannot add new card it says 12-19 digits card number which I am entering. Also if I placed and order with the app my rewards doesnt increase.
