I give this app a 1!! The concept is great, been using it for 4 years but the app is devolving to a garbage standard... now it devolved to a level where it doesnt even load! Ud think its a well maintained app since its paid for! I'll change my rating when your problems are fixed.

Ever since i updated the app, i keep on getting a message that the server is too busy to respond. This is ridiculous. Why do we pay if the app does not work. This needs to be fixed.

For almost a year from my last review so far nothing changed, the app still extremely buggy and very disgusting to use, like no one is listening or developers don't know how to code. Thanks

Useless support. They do not try to understand the problem. Getting a server error on the family section and the helpers did not help at all.

The offers used to be great up to 2021. With the new year, they have lost HUNDREDS of vouchers for drinks, food and hotels in prime locations. Definitely not as a money saver as it used to be. Furthermore, their search function is absolutely abysmal. Whoever designed it needs to go back to school. P.S.: They also didn't give us any reimbursements for not being able to use the 2020 vouchers. Felt very much like I scam, which says a LOT about the company.

The Search Engine results are horrendous and doesn't help at planning my day out at all. Search Result Issues: - When I search 'Coffee' I get dozens of locked beverage offers from Qatar, Doha, Bahrain but not in the UAE - where I live... - When I search 'Nandos' I similarly get offers from 6000kms away even when my location services are permitted - 3 out of 5 times I open the app it gets stuck on a loading screen - exiting and restarting solves the issue
