Once again my car is not clean, tried a differnt location and what seems to be Zips standards some piece of equipment is not working. This time the shine buffer at the end only had 1 bufferr spinning and the one not spinning left a large steak of dirt down the side of my car. Also other dirt that didn't even get touched was left behind before the buffer, very distant with Zips

Zip's is awesome. They get your car clean, but whenever you pay for your unlimited wash whenever you pull up and they go to spray your car off they only spray like one front corner the driver side and some cars they do the whole car with the spray and sometimes just a front driver's corner consistency is best.. Zip's can't have customers coming in and not knowing what to expect exactly, what quality they are going to get.

The wash is fast and convenient yet I had caked on dirt from traveling that didn't quite come off. They should have taken more time to help remove it.

Love this car wash. Nice people and great monthly deals. keeps that road grime off our vehicles and keeps them shiny. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is the with my big SUV I wish it rinsed a little more. it doesn't always get all the soap off the back.

Why is so hard to speak with someone regarding updating my monthly auto draft? And please invest in a better/decent app. This app is not helpful at all. It's extremely bland and boring and doesn't provide any account information. And you basically have to go through Fort Knox to locate a price list!! Come on... It's 2021!!
