Using BlueStacks

Luminous team has poor support. They sold be switches by saying that they are compatible with alexa but they are not it has been 1 year. Finally they added skill in alexa but still its not working. I am trying to contact them for help but noone is answering my call.. Even i mail them on support.. Noone is responding. Please dont buy any of there product.
