Nova Launcher Prime Varies with device

Nova Launcher has been my launcher for about 3 years now and I've always liked it. But now I've seen a problem where most of the time when going back to my home screen from an app, it takes several seconds for my icons to show up on home screen. It's like it stutters and then I can swipe through my home screens. It really is annoying and makes Nova launcher difficult to use until it's fixed. When I reached out to the developer, they shrugged me off saying it wasn't there update.

Poor customer service. I bought this app for myself before 2016. I liked it so much I bought it again for my wife. Setting up my daughter's phone for her I noticed she did not have prime. I checked and see that it is a family shared app. So I thought it was an error. I emailed them and they just informed me that I bought both of them before 2016. I wasn't asking for any money back. I just want my daughter to be able to use it. Switched my family to Lawnchair and not looking back! ✌️Out!

I have used Nova Launcher for many years. It is the first launcher i ever tried and it was pretty easy to figure out. The features even in the early versions blew my mind. I am a very creative person and it was awesome to make my screens exactly to my liking. as a comparison, i occassionally tried other launchers but always went back to Nova after just one or two days. I highly recommend, especially for those who like to have more icons on their screen than default screens.

I've been a Prime user for 8 years. Launchers come and go, and I've tested many, but nothing beats Nova. Their support is also unsurpassed. I had purchased Prime using my work account, and they graciously transferred it to my personal one when the other was going away. Simply the best functionality and support.

Just being able to customize the icons and so much more, once you dive deep into the launcher, is so easy and fun I have wasted so much of my life trying to find the perfect icons. I am now at the stage where I'm actually trying to create my own icons, it's getting serious lol.

I forget that I am even using Nova Launcher Prime on my Galaxy S7 (edge😞-lol) unless I happen to use another person's Android or purchase a new device. Within the first few seconds of using that device without Nova Launcher Prime I'm wondering "what's wrong with this phone? Why is this phone acting weird? Thanks you Nova Launcher Prime (AKA Rufus)! *2020 galaxy S20 still the best. Can't live without it.
