Can no longer watch live video from phone app. Clearing cache and restarting phone doesnt work. Uninstalled &reinstalled app without success. Factory reset cams, reinstalled to network, still no feed in app. Cams record, and can playback vids sometimes. No good if you want to see live feed. Tried several devices with no success. Live feed works from PC browser, which doesnt help for mobile use.. Tech help/trouble shooting help is non existent. Time to throw away and get Ring indoor cams.

I hate to give this app 1 star because it has always been fairly easy to use, but lately it sometimes won't load the camera stream and that is unacceptable. Clearing cache and restarting works sometimes, but not always.

Live view will no longer work using cellular, or if your phone app is on a WiFi network different from the cameras. In my case live view still works if the phone app is on the same network as cameras. My advice would be to avoid Tend Secure products until this is fixed.

Currently can't view any recordings. I try but the thumbnail just loads forever and I can't click on any video to play. It's not my connection. App is trash. Keeps crashing on the Note 20 Ultra.

I have 2 cameras, front door and window, when I click on all recordings I see both camera's recordings but once I select for either the front door or window the other recordings disappear and I cannot get them back. EDIT* The issue was finally fixed with an update.

Great camera and app. I'm able to see my front and back door. I'm also able to hear what's going on in my house in real time. The one thing I hate is the fact that I can't speak through the speaker option anymore. That option lasted about a month and then it crapped out on me. Other than that, it's a nice camera.
