It doesn't work that well. The camera is always going offline when you need it, and the app goes into flashing screen (strobe light) mode when you're trying to check the videos. It's a hot mess! I'm ready to ditch the whole system and get something else. Update: The camera is only live streaming now. The app no longer allows access to recordings of events triggered by the motion sensor. I only had it for 5 months. It's complete trash! I have already bought a whole new set from another company.

Everything is great. Except the motion sensor (one of the main/only reasons I got this product) keeps flipping itself off where motion detection is going from active to off on the settings and I dont know why. Every time I set it to on and go back a day or two later I have no events and I find it's set to off again. Or I will get SOME and then itll turn itself off randomly after a few days. And no I'm not losing connection/ the camera isnt losing its connection or if it's not saying/just reconne

Great app very clear only issue ever had was I seen somebody stealing something on camera and I had set the camera on record motion but it didn't record the incident.q1 Lame. The recording was working good at one point but now it says it is but nothing records. Please fix. Other than this hiccup its top 5 in my bookz

App needs work but cheap way to monitor home. No monthly fee to have 7 days of events recorded but takes several minutes for recordings to load. Also would help if app had a feature to turn all cameras to away so they automatically record events instead of having to go into each camera separately. Kind of like an armed button for a security system. With those two changes I would have gave 5 stars.

The app and camera were both working great, then the camera got unplugged and needed to be completely repaired to my phone but when I go to connect with the camera it logs me out. I've tried everything I can think of including removing it from my connections and reinstalling the app. This would be frustrating alone but for the Bluetooth to function you have to give your location data which I have personally never seen or heard of and sounds fishy as hell.

Clearly the cam is now nothing but a livestream device. No more recording or notifications. Save your money and get a good brand. Stay away from Tend products! I've checked all settings and know how to set it up. It's just no longer working and seems everyone else is fed up too. Sticking with my other Wyze cam til I can replace this POS one. I'd give NO stars if I could.
