The app almost never works, and now for the broken app... They want money, 70 pesos pero trip in the weekends... I used to use this as a means of transport, but not anymore.

Impossible to get a bike. System gives you the code, but never works at all. It was easier with the former Ecobici app. After a few days of complaints, now I can use the app.

The application is full of bugs. Codes never work.

It worked ... once. 1. The number of bikes available at each station is incorrect most of the time. 2. The GPS on the map is not accurate. 3. The app fails to generate a code to retrieve a bike most of the time. These three things make the system barely usable. It would be good to add a function to look up a station by number.

It doesn't update in real time and when it does it takes a long time to load the unlock code. Besides there's a lot of issues with all bikes infrastructure. It is a great idea, it only needs a few improvements so keep improving, you'll get there!

I gave them six months to try to improve, but no progress. There are either zero bikes available, or the station itself is broken and full of bikes that you can't rent. Bikeshares operate successfully in cities around the word, but they just can't seem to figure it out here.
