About this app

OneTouch GPS will allow you to instantly track your loved ones or employees. In addition, pressing the SOS button on the app allows your members to instantly be connected with our UL listed monitoring station which hosts team of trained emergency response agents. They will know who, where you are, speak with you, see you and dispatch emergency assistance when necessary.

With OneTouchGPS you can:

Finding your members:
As the admin of the group, our app uses the latest in GPS tracking technologies to deliver real-time updates on the location, battery levels and signal strength of all devices in your group.

Getting started is as easy as 1-2-3
Simply download the app and create your parent account.
Invite members to your group using their name and phone number.
They will get SMS to download/install the app.
Done!

Once your members download the app we make things really simple with no annoying login credentials required for the members of your group. Our state of the art authentication will verify the target phone after installation and auto login after verifying the phone number directly from the device.

In order for you to use this app a few permissions are needed. Relax…. we will walk you through the process making it fast and easy.

Location: OneTouchGPS located your group members on the secure private map. This allows us to show locations accurately.

Phone Permissions: OneTouchGPS has a feature called SOS which allows a member to initiate a call to our 24x7 emergency response team who will have 2-way communication to assist with any situations such as your being followed, or as simple as breaking down on the road and needing assistance. In addition, we collect your phone number, Imei, signal status and battery levels to deliver highest level of service and security. This permission allows your device to connect the call to our emergency response team and securely connect with our servers.

Network: This setting allows your device to connect to the internet and send/receive locations, 2-way voice, camera stream and settings.

Camera: This setting permits your device to transmit a live video feed from your device when the SOS button is pressed. Don't worry, the video feed can ONLY be initiated by a SOS call placed by you, and no other way.
