I would like to give them no stars. I can not log in. I can not link my account. I spent 40 minutes on the phone and did not speak to any one. You do not get any sense from there help menu. When file a complaint you can't enter your account so it won't submit. Very poor service Telstra.

In no way as useful as the 24/7 app. Databank details completely wrong & now I can't access anything at all. No point ringing customer "service" who are as useful as the proverbial ashtrays on motorbikes

Wouldn't let me recharge until I installed the new app which is RUBBISH, shows incorrect account info, have Telstra scrapped the data bank without warning? Pretty poor Telstra
