Does not allow me to login, each time I try I receive a "Try again later" message. Yes, I reinstalled app!! I Spoke to Telstra over the phone 2 weeks ago to report issue, no updates or solution provided since call. Reading other people's issue, it' s clear Telstra doesn't even bother to respond here either.

Set-up was a pain, eventually got connected the next day after several password resets. Don't think it's an app problem but a server side issue. Messaging an assistant is a pain but they were human at least.

Ridiculous. Cannot actually connect automatically. States the "signal is too weak" when my WiFi reception is adequate. Does not automatically connect when moving between hotspots. You can do better Telstra

Can't log in on app or actual website. Recovery won't send email. Standing in front of phone box, won't connect. Delete the app Telstra and get it right with a new one, you've failed with this.

Telstra air, what a load of crock. First of all I cannot log in and then if I live in a major centre like Brisbane or Cairns, I might be able to use this feature. What a joke.
