Using BlueStacks

Worst DOT app, loses connection with truck constantly, have to drive in on duty because won't go to drive and will not allow manual setting. Freezes constantly, have to log pre trip and post trip inspections in off duty status before I can even sign in.

I drive a DOT truck at least 5 days a week. This app is the worst log book app I have ever used. Won't log off correctly. Constantly drops location. Always runs me over time because it doesn't have my location or it won't log off. Companies: don't waste your time!

App is horrible. Keeps going from screen to screen without me touching it. Has been totally useless for over 3 weeks now. Took me 15 minutes just to confirm 2 days logs after my 34. Have to keep restarting, but doesn't really help. STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP. Got so tired of trying to use the truck tablet I was going to download to my phone to see if it worked any better, but, guess what. IT WON'T DOWNLOAD FROM THE APP STORE.

It's ok, but whoever the developers are must have never driven a truck. The blinding white background with no option for a dark mode is an eye killer at night. No excuse for that in today's age. My Android 10 phone is completely on dark mode. Also, the app locks up my phone after a short duration. It has occurred on Android 9 & 10.

Continuing to show the wrong speeds. They opened south mountain freeway here in Phoenix over 5 months ago, but the app keeps hitting everyone in fleet with speeding as though the freeway wasnt built. People are loosing safety bonuses because of this. I have sent several emails for them to fix, but its obvious Verizon doesn't care.

Total garbage. No one calls you back when you have a problem. Always looking connection with no support. Switched to keep trucking and not one problem since day one. This company is just trying to get your monthly payment while providing a product that doesn't work.
