Cannot watch more than 20 seconds without being disconnected *failed playback*. Support team is second to nil... Should have complete refund. I requested to cancel the auto renewal for the next season and they stopped my subscription at the end of the month. No one is being able to restore my access to the app despite that I had paid for the whole season. Missed the most important matches. Most unprofessional company ever. I wish there were less than one star to rate their servuce

The app should have build in support for Chromecast. Mirroring the whole screen of the phone is not an optimal solution and will prevent users from using the phone while watching the game. Plus so far for the first games the video is not smooth and far from optimal. This issue is not related to my internet connection as I have a speed of 1 Gbps . This should be improved asap

It works but few problems: 1. If you mirror your mobile screen, you'll end up with a lot of black corners and it's basically mirroring the whole device not the app. I don't want to see the edges of the clock and all that. You should add chromecast integration within the app 2. I paid for full season pass 54$ but the sms received is telling my subscription is valid till 30-11-2018. It should be till end of season 3. I am unable to view yesterday's game (sagesse vs Beirut) You should display the full game once it ends, at most one hour later

I subscribed using my mobile number on 29 April which should be valid for one month till 29 May and paid 12$ for the special playoffs access. I received another message today from the bank informing me that Alfa sports took another 12$ for the subscription to gave me access to 31 May!!! This is not acceptable! Paying 24$ instead of 12$ to take the one month subscription. I want a refund for my 12$ ASAP.

the worst sports app ever. it's not broadcasting multiple sports that should make you proud. it's about having a seamless experience when watching a game. keeping in mind that this service is provided by a Telecom operator, you cannot watch more than 1-2 minutes in a row without losing the signal & having to restart the app again & again & again. you need to fix the broadcasting asap as we are fed up from such a bad service & having to pay 12$ per month.

one of the worst app. i paid 54$ for the full season. it stops every minute,this is unbelievable . i read the reviews earlier and i didnt believe it. alfa should repay the money to everybody or upgrade this app/enhance its performance
