Really poor app. I'm an installer & would not recommend this app. Mine worked for a day now it doesn't show my nvr in the device list. When I try to add it again, the app tells me its already registered. Please fix this.

Simply trash. Why waste your money on a Samsun (Hanwah) DVR that you can't connect to. The app installs on my Android phone.. yes it's a Samnsung.. The app crashes repeatedly.. Miserable. . Uninstalled it. Tried three times.. same result.. Sending back the TWO Hanwah HRX-1620 DVR's I purchased due to this. I'll have to go somewhere else to get two 16 channel DVR's that I can actually log into and use the app. . What junk.
