This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Halloween Weather Icons on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.

About this app

Why have a halloween month without a halloween phone. Well there's really no answer so why not turn that phone from boring no holiday to a awesome holiday phone. I have included 18 walls, 3 Zooper Pro widgets & 2 KWGT widgets. If you'd like to help me create some widgets then please feel free to get a hold of me on hangouts I could use any help that I get.
