It randomly logged me out for the I don't know how many times. Then when I try to get back in it tells me I need an invite to my team. I get the invite and go through that process again and when trying to add my wife it won't recognize a valid email for her. So it logs me again and now I start the whole process over again. The most user unfriendly Team App I have ever seen.

Ready? "Thanks for the review, Jack! We would like to understand what you are experiencing.". LOL. READ THE REVIEW. The app is horribly implemented, has too many ads, is slow, and really is not worth the time it takes to install. TeamSnap's website is not really horrible, but it would be nice if the app could manage some of the simpler tasks better. Like recognizing a website password reset happened and asking to log in again. Instead, it just spins. I literally HATE having to use this app.

It's been working great so far - been on it for 3 years. Only issue as a user (not admin), I am not able to delete chat threads or delete/add parents or players from an established group chat. I still have chat thread with someone who left the club 2 years ago - I can't delete it. We have Parents Only Chat but we can't add or delete parents; we have to create a new one every time to add new parents. We end up with useless chat threads. Deleting them would clean up space & minimize # of chats.

The app not only keeps refreshing and exiting the app it also keeps asking to re login after putting in info. To just create an account, can't even get past the first stage. Keeps crashing. Needs to be fixed.

It's just ok. I wish you could see the chats on a desktop or laptop, but they make you install this app. Conventional text/email is more convenient for team management than this app.

My phone alerts me that there are new messages in the chat..also receive emails but when I go to the chat..messages are not there. They don't appear for about 30+ minutes after being sent. I have a new phone and the app is updated. Very frustrating.
