Does this app give notifications that pop up in the status bar? I don't see any setting to turn notifications on or off in the app or in the Android app info settings. But the description says it gives latest NWS alerts. I need alerts from NOAA & NWS. I don't want too download a 2nd app to do so. I like this NOAA radar but that's all it is literally.

Very Bad, Blury, needa a lot of work fer people to use this at all. If you dont clean it up no one will use it !
