Do not waste your time downloading this app all it can do is book a travel trip, none of the other features worked for me. I would buy from official site. Shame on this company they raise prices on main website on the holidays, you can still get tickets on Wandru for $9 with $2 fee from NYC to PA. Give it a 1star as they are not consistent.

I purchase a ticket. It asks me if I want to save the ticket... Click it and nothing happens. I'm not near a printer. What is the point of buying tickets on an app if I still have to print them on a computer? This makes no sense.

This is the worst app of any kind that I have ever used. Nothing in the video they show on the bus is true except that the app exists. The interface is buggy and slow, it wouldn't finalize my purchase, and the cost of tickets is often lower online.

When you're on the bus they'll play a video telling you to get this app, saying that they're going paperless. But no. After buying a ticket it said I needed to print it. I lost some stuff that no one would want to steal on a bus once, called, never got a response. Never turned up. Unfortunately I need this bus and there really isn't another option.

For first time caller they got me for 35 minutes waiting when claiming only 9 min and the worst of all the first attempt they hang up on me.They have no service for Catskill area.Terible they don't deserve not even even bother calling Peter pan bus gost company

First of all, I love traveling with Peter Pan! They're the best bus company in the business; their busses are always clean, comfortable and the drivers are friendly & professional. This app is awesome! I can search for my trips, get fares, schedules, purchase tickets and research different destinations. I highly recommend using the Peter Pan app!
