I loved using this app before the last update. Now I hate it. It used to automatically save anything you were currently working on if you say, needed to answer a call or switch to a different app to do whatever. Now if I switch to one of my recently used apps for like, a look at a reference pic or something and go back often it will erase the entire picture. Hours of work down the drain numerous times. Also I did the 7 day trial for the pro features but I don't see why that would cause bugs..

REALLY glitchy everytime i tab out of it the screen goes blank and there is SERIOUS issue with the cloud syncing. Ive checked my cloud for it and it hasnt saved anything on my cloud even though it takes AGES for it to upload to cloud ive even left it going for 2 HOURS and it was still syncing to cloud. When I added a new layer, it just wouldn't let me open my drawing, and i lost all of my work . Customer support won't help. I can't believe i paid for this. I lost 2 months of work on my drawing.

I love how the pens work and the textures however all the basic features such as colour picking and adding layers are a premium feature making the app much more restrictive and hard to use. The app doesn't offer anything new to pay for and instead makes you pay for the basic features even Microsoft paint had but my breaking point was when the offline mode became a premium feature making the app completely useless for me.

Everything is great except one thing. The canvas is is dull gray shade and not white. I tried every setting but i failed to figure out why the canvas/background is dull/grey. And when i try to paint white with the pen, the color of the stroke is dullish grey too. Even other colors look dull, like theres a dull filter applied above. I cant paint white at all. But when i go out into the files tab where i can see all the drawings created, those images are proper white in color. Please fix this.
