The app is great but I wish I could leave written reviews for drivers. I usually never have any problem but there is one driver who's vehicle always smells awful and he acts very creepy. Has asked me what I do when I go home (as in after he drops me off at home) if I go to sleep or not. Every time we hit a red light he turns around and looks at me. One time his backdoors wouldn't open and he told me I had to sit in the front seat. It all seems harmless but as a female some things seem inappropriate. For two weeks straight anytime I booked a ride it was always him, no matter what time or day. Then I didnt see him for a couple weeks until tonight, I ordered a cab and he pulled up, when I got in he said that he wasn't there for me and another driver was coming. He apparently tried to get the job of driving me but didnt get it so he came to my house anyways? He asked me to wait in his car for the next driver to come and I refused. He left and then came back and when I checked my app my driver had changed from the original driver to him. He had called dispatch and asked to be given the job to drive me, I assume. This one guy is ruining the whole company for me. Never feel safe with him

Shouldn't make bookings you can't stick to. I waited a half hour AFTER my booking to get picked up.
