Maps won't load on my OPPO phone and takes forever to look for addresses. Love the drivers, but can't book when I can't get the app to work.

The app wouldn't let me add a card for payment before signing in, but gave no indication of this requirement when adding the card. Also allowed me to book a taxi size that doesn't exist in Auckland so I got a call saying my booking couldn't be fulfilled a few minutes after placing it. Theoretically this would be a good app if it were a bit smoother booking taxis that actually exist

this app sucks. the estimated time of arrival started at 5 mins, then progressively got longer and longer until i had to cancel at an eta of 16 mins. completely unacceptable. its not difficult to say the driver is on a separate trip and give an accurate estimate of when they'll be arriving. do not use this app if you wish to arrive somewhere at a reasonable time.

It's worked in the past but this morning the app tells me no cars available. When I call the taxi company up direct I can make the booking no problem so something is not right with the app

phoned to say they were unable to pick us up prior to a concert despite having a conformation on the app. Not helpful when you have tried to do the right thing. complete waste of time.

would not reccomend. app wouldn't let me log in amd when I called them they had no cab to send. even though I booked one in and they confirmed the booking. pretty poor service.
