I just called them today and they are very friendly and helpful. They got me to my destination quickly and safe. They also played great music. And the prices are really good and affordable. I can honestly say that I had a lot of trouble trying to pay for Uber with my credit card for some unknown reason. smh..Uber doesn't even have a fricking customer service line so if I was having complications with paying when I just loaded $60.00 on my american express card! I was getting very, very, upset at Uber.

Urgently needed a taxi.. Said they would be here in 28 minutes. Were late so i gave them a call. Twice. Never picked up or showed up. Now i look like a fool! You suck

I actually did like this company at first . the owner is really nice but the drivers are the worst they charge whatever they want to charge .. And never use a meter..at first my ride to Work was 10 then it was 12 then 15..smh and my job is 5 min away. And one driver told me it was a extra 5 dollars to stop at the atm so i could. Get him cash instead of using my car..never again glad i have a bank account for uber now. Oh and the smoke in the car without even asking you of its ok (man in silver suv)
