Terrible App , you need to prepay and stuff still very buggy . I hope Uber comes fast to to Luxembourg to finally have reasonable prices not like those overpriced taxis here in our country

Need to preload money on the account before using it. Can take days for funds to settle, per their warning, which absolutely beats the purpose of needing the transport here and now. Not accepting cards in 2019 is unforgivable.

Don't bother if you're a tourist. You need to pre-pay at least 50€ through a bank transfer!! Which can take days. Absolutely not worth it unless you're gonna stay in Lux for a longer period of time.
