I was in a hurry and in the rain. I downloaded the app and every time I enter something in the app it shut down so I couldn't make it work. I uninstalled it 3 times and installed it again. Even restarted my phone. Nothing worked. The most disappointing experience. Interesting enough you suggest it in your webpage to download to get a quick access to taxi but it won't work at all.

I used to have a good experience with the app and the company but since today the app simply crashes every time I open it. Tried the usual troubleshooting, no go. Perhaps the last release broke this as I see other people with the same issue.

Don't use this service if you have an important meeting, there is a good chance they simply won't accept your ride, tried to get response in 25 minutes and eventually gave up.

Keeps crashing every time I try to open it, when i try and call them they tell me this app is the only option to order a taxa. This makes me wish Uber was legal in Denmark again, the taxa mafia controls the market to heavily

Accepts my booking, gives ETA 3-6 minutes, but no car after 15 minutes. Not reliable.

Ordered taxi through the app to arrive at a specific time. Taxi never arrives. I call 4x35, wait in line for a few mins., they inform me that my ride was cancelled all the while the app still informs me that the taxi is on its way. No notification or sms that the taxi would arrive soon, no notification of its arrival, no notification of cancelled ride. This app is garbage. 4x35 is garbage.

1) See the expected waiting time:
Open the app – the first thing you will see is the expected waiting time based on your current location.

2) Calculate your price:
Insert a pickup and a destination address to get a fixed price offer instantly. You may then choose whether to book at a fixed price or to drive on meter rates.

3) Choose fixed price or meter rates:
When booking at a fixed price you avoid worrying about unexpected traffic changes, traffic congestion etc. that prolong your ride and thus increase the price. With a fixed price you know the price in advance, no matter the unexpected delays in traffic that may occur.

4) Payment:
We recommend payment from inside the app using a credit card or MobilePay. This enables you to get straight on with your everyday when arriving to your destination, instead of waiting for credit card terminals inside the car. As an alternative, you may also choose to pay inside the car by Apple Pay, Google Pay or with cash.

5) Rate your ride:
