The input field on the "redeem points" now crashes my app. Samsung Galaxy S10+ with Android 11 and UI 3.0. While redeeming points was hit or miss before, this is completely unacceptable! Response from developer is "call tech support - they can't help! This is an issue in the app programming, not something to fix on my side. Already did a full reinstall!

So far I like what i see, Not too many issues. The main issue i have is that for the last 2 days I have been getting alerts that my shower is ready About every 15-30 min, but it doesnt use any shower credits during this time. Im Scared to use app to reserve a shower for fear that a shower credit will be lost

I have been a fan of this useful app for about two years now but for about the past week now I can not reserve a shower using ultra credits. It only gives me a credit card option. I used to use ultra credits everyday... what happened?

"Your shower is ready" notifications repeat over and over following latest update. Only I didn't request one. Can't turn the thing off.

Update: also they no longer give free showers while you're getting repairs done. Garbage. Keeps telling me my password is wrong, try to change my password then it won't accept a password. Why should I expect a truck stop to be able to figure out a points program when they can't even figure out how to draw stripes in their parking lot. Try painting your stripes in the other direction so all the parking places aren't blind side backing.
